School, Home, Resource IN Communication (SHR, INC) is a process to bring everyone working with a specific student or group of students together through a cost and time effective format to communicate about special education needs. The process is not limited to one setting, one area of special education or one disability.
The objective of SHR, INC is to assist in the coordination of all programming provided to a student. All areas of service, either in home, at school, or outside resources, gather to discuss what, how and why of programming and identify common elements of service.
